Ernesto Fava

Ernesto Fava was born in Mede, in the province of Pavia and has always cultivated a passion for drawing and contemporary art in all its forms. By profession an architect with a degree from the Polytechnic of Turin, he immediately begins to travel for work and training, Grenoble, Mubai in which he develops the central theme of the thesis "The redefinition of the role of the designer in informal settlements". He works as a designer of low energy buildings at an international construction company. At the same time he begins his artistic career which sees him interested in the development of imaginary urban scenarios, where technological development, the failures of modern urban planning, the crisis of individuality and the lack of freedom are intertwined in a tendentially surreal vision of a future world. but not too far from us.

Ernesto Fava participates with considerable success in art fairs and is invited to exhibitions including the Ossimoro Contemporary Art Gallery, in Turin and inside the Polytechnic Headquarters in the exhibition "Welcome to the Machine", curated by Francesca Camphor.
